Hotels & Resorts International Brand with presence in more than 6 Countries - with 3 diverse brands and more than 50 hotels around the world— wanted an elevated app experience knowing that this would be the best way to connect with and inspire loyalty from both current and pottential customers.
The request was to design and do the “Architectural” plan to make this a hub that could interact with and take care of guests. We treated this app as the “entry” point whereas the hotel-guest relationship starts.
For this reason, the need was for a refreshed mobile experience to compete with today’s expectations in a tech-first world.
